Het VBT register bestaat uit twee onderdelen:
- Eigenaar transacties (ETs)
- Openbare transacties (OTs)
De transacties die zijn aangeleverd door de eigenaren worden geregistreerd in de ET module. Openbare transacties zijn afkomstig uit openbare bronnen, het Kadaster en eigen bronnen.
De module Openbare Transacties (OT-Module) geeft, samen met de standaard ET module, een compleet marktbeeld en een brede scope voor referentietransacties.
